💼 About This Role

You'll perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on pickleball paddles and soft goods to ensure they meet exacting quality standards. Your work directly prevents non-conforming products from reaching customers, protecting the brand's reputation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform incoming inspection on raw materials and parts.
• Conduct in-process inspections during paddle manufacturing.
• Perform final quality inspections on completed paddles and accessories.
• Document inspection results and maintain records of acceptance and rejection.

📋 Requirements

• Vietnamese nationality only.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing.

• Background in sporting goods or consumer products industries.
