💼 About This Role

You'll join Saviynt's support team to resolve complex IAM issues for UK government clients. You'll perform root cause analysis and collaborate with Engineering to improve identity platform reliability. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI-powered identity security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate with end users to explain issues and solutions
• Perform in-depth technical analysis and root cause analysis
• Publish knowledge articles and maintain technical documentation
• Identify, debug, and troubleshoot break-fix issues to resolution

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of IAM domain experience
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools like Saviynt or SailPoint
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or Groovy)
• Working knowledge of SQL and database operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and Postman
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
• Prior experience with provisioning workflows

📨 Hiring Process
