You'll be the operational backbone of Sunday's 2026 Founding Family Program, launching Memo home robots into real homes. You'll lead participant selection, deployment logistics, and feedback collection to shape the product. This high-impact role offers broad exposure to product leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Select and onboard founding families via screening calls
• Coordinate robot deployment logistics with Field Ops
• Synthesize user feedback into product recommendations
• Build workflows and tracking systems to scale program

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in product or program management
• Operational excellence with complex project coordination
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional work
• User empathy demonstrated through research or support
