💼 About This Role

You'll manage MRP planning for every part Rocket Lab makes or buys, acting as the quarterback between production, supply chain, engineering, and finance. Your work ensures timely release of purchase orders and work orders, directly impacting mission success. This role offers the chance to contribute to space exploration and satellite programs in a dynamic, growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage demand, supply, and fulfillment planning within MRP
• Maintain bill of materials, parts, and master data in ERP
• Release purchase planning messages to procurement
• Release work orders to production
• Update demand for engineering change orders

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with a bachelor's degree or 9+ years total work experience
• Proven ability to produce material line of balance and clear to build reviews
• Knowledge of Material Planning fundamentals for master data management, order policy, BOM management
• Proficient in MRP systems and ERP systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in aerospace or EV automotive manufacturing
• Experience in a rapid growth environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
