You'll own the strategy and execution of our Core Banking platform, driving cross-functional alignment and delivering innovative solutions. You'll lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring measurable business outcomes. This role offers the chance to mentor product teams and influence senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Core Banking.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to optimization.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Mentor product team members on best practices and strategic thinking.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Canadian Financial Institution experience with core banking platforms.
• Experience with core banking systems and deposits/payments/account management.
• Experience with financial processes like reconciliation and transaction processing.
• Understanding of APIs and integration between backend and frontend.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or other graduate degree.
• Experience with CRA tax slips and FATCA/CDIC requirements.
• Payments and fintech knowledge (RTR/Interac Instant).
