🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver remote therapy to adult clients using evidence-based modalities.
• Maintain a caseload of ~25 attended therapy and consult sessions per week.
• Use measurement-based care tools to drive effective treatment.
• Complete documentation within 48 hours using EHR and AI-assist tool.

📋 Requirements

• Active license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist in Texas.
• 2+ years of active and unrestricted licensure in Texas.
• At least six months of teletherapy experience.
• Experience with EHR systems and clinical assessments like PHQ-9.

✨ Nice to Have

• Willingness to become licensed in additional states.
• Experience with AI-assist documentation tools.
