You'll act as the primary technical resource for the API Enterprise team, supporting pre-sales and post-sales client success. You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to help clients derive maximum value from our cryptocurrency data platform. This remote role offers a transparent salary and level structure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical scoping and discovery for enterprise API prospects
• Design and deliver customized product demonstrations and trials
• Develop tailored API solution proposals with integration plans
• Support post-sales onboarding, adoption, and renewal efforts

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Solutions Engineering for enterprise SaaS
• Strong understanding of API design and RESTful/WebSocket architectures
• Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, or Postman for API testing
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools like Redash or Tableau

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and web3 topics
