💼 About This Role

You'll act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, defining and implementing processes and tools within Salesforce. You'll simplify associate workflows and improve stakeholder experience as part of the Operations Infrastructure team. This role focuses on aligning people, processes, and tools with company priorities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document current-state workflows and design future-state solutions
• Perform Salesforce administration including user management and data audits
• Design Salesforce flows using Flow Builder to automate processes
• Organize UAT test cases and conduct user demos

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
• 5+ years as Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst
• Proven experience with Salesforce administration and declarative development

• Financial or payment industry experience
• Agile environment experience
• Lean Six Sigma familiarity
