You'll serve as a trusted identity coach, guiding customers to achieve their objectives through technical guidance and best practices. You'll build long-term relationships with technical stakeholders and drive value from Okta's Auth0 platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted Identity Coach for customers
• Conduct quarterly executive business reviews
• Monitor customer health and proactively address risks
• Collaborate to increase customer adoption and uncover growth opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in information technology
• Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0
• Experience with SaaS/PaaS/cloud-based services
• Ability to work US time zone (CST)

• Experience in customer business-facing or technical delivery roles
• Knowledge of programming languages and application builder practices
• Strong whiteboarding and diagram skills
