Description

As a Territory Manager, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build relationships with clinical partners, and drive market penetration in the Tallahassee area. You'll represent Charlie Health to patients, parents, and providers, uncovering needs and fostering community partnerships to expand access to mental health treatment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tallahassee, FL
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, with overachieving KPIs a plus
• Ability to travel locally (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across different channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
