You'll own the annual hardware refresh program and support intern onboarding at SpaceX, driving IT project operations using tools like Jira, Jamf, and Intune. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer annual hardware refresh program using SCCM, Intune, and Jamf
• Manage IT projects in Jira with dashboards for real-time visibility
• Plan intern hardware onboarding and offboarding processes
• Train technicians on Jamf, Intune, SCCM and other tools

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years of IT support and hardware asset lifecycle experience
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Jamf, Intune, SCCM, Active Directory
• Proficiency in Python for scripting
• Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
