💼 About This Role

You'll manage daily operations for tokenized asset funds on Centrifuge, ensuring seamless capital flows between traditional accounts and onchain smart contracts. Your core impact will be building a next-generation asset manager that blends traditional financial rigor with automated, agentic processes. You'll also collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate operational bottlenecks into scalable platform improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute daily stablecoin settlements and tokenized share issuance.
• Direct cross-chain liquidity and connect RWA products into DeFi protocols.
• Design workflows to automate reconciliations between onchain and offchain systems.
• Maintain transaction logs, prepare financial reports, and track fund performance.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in traditional fund operations, accounting, or financial analysis
• Hands-on experience with onchain transactions and decentralized liquidity pools
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and basic Python or AI/LLM tools for data automation
• Exceptional attention to detail in validating accounting and onchain events

• Experience with ERC-4626 and ERC-7540 smart contract standards
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols like Sky, Aave, and Morpho
