You'll serve as the engine room of GTM operations at Comfy, an AI creation engine for visual professionals. You'll balance team bandwidth with growth demands to ensure product launches and community stories are executed with precision and on schedule. This role offers the chance to shape the operational backbone of a rapidly growing AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor real-time team bandwidth to prevent bottlenecks
• Act as primary bridge between growth initiatives and production
• Maintain master calendar for all major releases
• Review and vet incoming requests to ensure scoping
• Track project status and delivery milestones across departments

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in project management or operations in fast-moving software environment
• Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday, or Jira)
• Highly organized and proactive with ability to predict resourcing needs
• Strong communication skills to translate growth priorities into production timelines

• Experience in AI or creative technology industry
• Familiarity with ComfyUI or visual AI workflows
