You'll bridge design and high-volume production for advanced unmanned aerial systems like Bolt and Ghost. You'll provide daily sustaining support and drive design for manufacturing best practices. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge autonomy and AI in a rapidly growing defense tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide daily sustaining support for product lines including real-time problem-solving.
• Drive design for manufacturing best practices with design engineers.
• Write documentation for manufacturing hardware at scale.
• Develop novel tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering or manufacturing.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments.
• Experience physically manufacturing hardware via machining, fabrication, soldering, or assembly.

• Experience building production operations from scratch.
• Harness PCBA fabrication experience or mechanical system design competency.
• Ownership of complex bill of materials for electromechanical products.
