Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via telehealth. You'll collaborate with colleagues during daily huddles and weekly Clinical Rounds, and supervise NP or PA providers. This role offers the opportunity to transform primary care as part of a dynamic, human-centered team.

Requirements

• Completed accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified or board eligible (certify within 1 year)
• State licensed in Arizona
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective use of technology

Responsibilities
