You'll lead the development of merchant and partnership strategies to drive monetization and growth across European markets. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams while managing partnerships end-to-end. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute partnership and merchant growth strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Strategy, Partnerships, or similar commercial role.
• Proven ability to manage partnerships end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of partnership economics and revenue-share models.
• Experience working cross-functionally without direct authority.

• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian.
