💼 About This Role

You'll lead launch excellence and drive system adoption for a transformative robotic therapy in the Washington DC Metro area. You will partner with surgeons and cross-functional teams to establish Aquablation as a standard of care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption in high-opportunity hospitals
• Partner with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard and train new physicians
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth
• Mentor Territory and Associate Territory Managers on account planning

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years in medical sales
• Startup or strategic sales experience in high-growth MedTech
