Description

You will lead technical accounting work under US GAAP, provide guidance on complex transactions, develop accounting policies, and collaborate cross-functionally. You'll also work with external auditors and help review financial disclosures.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure
• 2+ years experience with US-based insurance companies
• 2+ years practical experience in financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting work under US GAAP and statutory reporting
• Provide technical accounting expertise for new transactions and business arrangements
• Create and maintain accounting policies
• Oversee adoption of new accounting pronouncements
