You'll provide hands-on technical support to customers integrating and using APIs, ensuring smooth implementation and best practices. You'll investigate, debug, and resolve complex issues using observability tools while acting as a key bridge between customers and engineering teams. This role offers strong exposure to a modern, usage-based billing platform in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

- Provide hands-on technical support for API integrations and best practices
- Debug and resolve customer-reported issues using internal diagnostic tools
- Manage escalations via ticketing systems with clear communication
- Develop internal scripts and automations to improve support workflows
๐ Requirements
- At least 2 years of technical support or customer-facing engineering experience
- Strong ability to debug and triage issues in complex software environments
- Working knowledge of SQL and scripting using APIs
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
