You'll investigate, debug, and resolve complex issues using observability tools while acting as a key bridge between customers and engineering teams.   • Provide hands-on technical support for API integrations and best practices
  • Debug and resolve customer-reported issues using internal diagnostic tools
  • Manage escalations via ticketing systems with clear communication
  • Develop internal scripts and automations to improve support workflows

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 2 years of technical support or customer-facing engineering experience
  • Strong ability to debug and triage issues in complex software environments
  • Working knowledge of SQL and scripting using APIs
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
