💼 About This Role

You'll lead the team responsible for how Unity runs on mobile, console, desktop, and web. You'll balance long-term strategic bets with rigorous technical execution. This role offers high visibility and the chance to negotiate with global hardware partners and shape AI-driven workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap for Unity's platform support
• Personally author high-stakes strategy documents
• Work with BD to negotiate platform deals
• Manage and mentor a team of Technical PMs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product leadership experience
• Ability to engage on APIs and rendering pipelines
• Experience managing high-stakes partner relationships
• Track record of shipping complex products with dependencies
