💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational backbone for our reseller sales motion, supporting both resellers and the partnership management team. You'll enable entrepreneurs to build their businesses by ensuring they have everything needed to sell and onboard products. This role is about being the reliable force behind a winning team and making sure contractors are never stuck.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as main point of contact for US and Canadian partnership teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and sales teams
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve sales inefficiencies
• Maintain sales documentation, playbooks, and resource libraries

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years in sales support, channel management, or customer service
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales cycle management
