You'll advance the technical foundation behind Fivetran's high-performance data integration system and design relational semantics and powerful abstractions for hundreds of connectors. Your work will directly impact how data pipelines power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

• Contribute to roadmap development and planning
• Collaborate with core team and broader stakeholders
• Work across project lifecycle from requirements to release

📋 Requirements

• Execution-oriented mindset targeting innovation budget for greatest impact
• Ability to design effective, intuitive, and easy-to-operate systems
• Experience with cloud services, network protocols, serialization, relational databases
• Knowledge of complex structures, object orientation, exceptions, memory management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data replication, ETL/ELT tools, or cloud infrastructure tools
• Knowledge of DBMS internals
• Familiarity with low-level concepts like encoding and network internals
