💼 About This Role

You'll define the scientific vision for a pioneering tRNA therapeutic platform targeting rare genetic and neuromuscular diseases. You will lead programs from discovery through IND-enabling studies, collaborating with executive leadership and academic partners to translate RNA biology into therapies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead the scientific strategy and R&D roadmap for tRNA therapeutics.
• Oversee advancement of dual tRNA modalities across multiple therapeutic programs.
• Lead translational research and preclinical studies including in vivo and in vitro work.
• Drive optimization of AAV constructs, vector design, and delivery approaches.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related life sciences field.
• 8–12+ years in biotech or pharmaceutical R&D with progressive leadership.
• Expertise in RNA biology, gene therapy, or related modalities.
• Hands-on experience with AAV vector design and preclinical workflows.
