Your core impact includes payroll forecasting, tax compliance, and vendor management to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end global payroll operations across 15+ countries.
• Oversee payroll forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Procure vendors and manage payroll system SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure tax compliance and manage employee ESOP program.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of payroll experience with global exposure.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and HRIS system knowledge.
• Strong project management and cross-functional stakeholder understanding.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

• Knowledge of US, EMEA, and other international payroll processes.
• Master's degree in business administration.
