💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care and household support to help adults stay safe and independent at home. Working one-on-one with clients, you'll follow a written plan of care developed by a registered nurse. This role offers flexible schedules and the support of a dedicated care team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living like bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders and vital sign checks
• Help with ambulation, transfers, and exercises

📋 Requirements

• Valid CNA or PCA certification in Virginia
• Ability to follow a written plan of care
• Reliable transportation to client homes
