You'll be the operational engine behind the company's renewals program, executing administrative, system, and workflow activities to enable scalable recurring revenue retention. You'll partner with Renewal Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure renewal readiness and operational accuracy. This role offers the chance to drive process standardization in a growing SaaS company.
π― What You'll Do
- Administer end-to-end renewal opportunities in Salesforce.
- Support annual renewal planning and pricing initiatives.
- Prepare accounts for Renewal Manager engagement with accurate data.
- Process finalized renewal outcomes and update systems.
- Maintain renewal reporting dashboards and governance.
π Requirements
- 3β5+ years in Revenue Operations or Renewals Operations.
- Advanced experience with CRM such as Salesforce.
- Bilingual (English, French).
- Experience managing large volumes of recurring revenue transactions.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience in a dedicated Renewals function.
- Familiarity with DealHub and NetSuite.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
