You'll develop a self-sustainable business model ensuring healthy cash flow and long-term financial independence. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial operations across UAE and international entities
• Build and oversee FP&A functions including forecasting and modeling
• Ensure compliance through audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions
• Produce investor-ready materials like updates and scenario planning models

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of financial leadership experience
• 3+ years in executive roles (CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director)
• Proven track record in fast-scaling startups
• Deep familiarity with Web3 ecosystems and regulatory landscapes

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA, ACCA, CPA, or other global finance certifications
• Experience with tokenized assets
