You'll lead engineering teams to design, build, and deliver scalable software for food retailers. Your work will directly improve inventory optimization and operational efficiency across 50,000+ stores. You'll balance people leadership with selective hands-on coding in C#, React, and PHP.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage engineering teams designing, building, and testing software.
• Hire, onboard, and develop engineering talent through regular 1:1s.
• Set team goals aligned with company priorities and ensure delivery.
• Design and code customer-facing features using C#, React, PHP.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience across full software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with React, C#, PHP, and Azure.
• Experience with source control using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in agile development environments using JIRA.
