Description

You will lead the technical development and production aspects of large, complex projects, managing the critical path from pre-design through completion. You'll collaborate with project managers, designers, and quality leaders to integrate design intent, ensure compliance, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• 10+ years professional experience including 5 years in construction documentation on institutional/commercial projects and 3 years in construction administration
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States
• Advanced knowledge of building codes and requirements
• Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software

Responsibilities

• Lead project team through all technical and production aspects from pre-design to completion
• Manage critical path process and integration of technical content into deliverables
• Establish work plans and schedules to meet contractual obligations and financial goals
• Lead coordination of all disciplines with architectural design intent
• Guide and mentor less experienced staff on technical quality and process standards
