Description

You will lead a team responsible for ensuring raw materials and components are delivered to support production needs efficiently. You will develop inventory strategies, manage material demand and supply within MRP, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain or related field
• 8+ years experience as Material Planner, Production Planner, or Buyer
• Proven ability to manage demand and supply planning within MRP
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Material and Production Planners
• Create material demand within MRP and manage material supply for Production and R&D
• Ensure part master data accuracy within MRP
• Provide material visibility through reports (line of balance, shortage, clear to build)
• Identify part supply constraints and create mitigation plans
