You'll investigate and resolve complex compensation inquiries through detailed data analysis and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Administer monthly and quarterly sales commission programs accurately and timely
- Own full sales compensation lifecycle: quota validation, plan setup, calculations, payouts
- Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies through detailed data analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Payroll, and HR
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales compensation or commission administration
- Strong data analysis skills with large and complex datasets
- Experience populating and supporting accurate commission payments
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with sales compensation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Xactly, CaptivateIQ)
- Familiarity with quota management processes
- Experience supporting global sales organizations
