You'll investigate and resolve complex compensation inquiries through detailed data analysis and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Administer monthly and quarterly sales commission programs accurately and timely
  • Own full sales compensation lifecycle: quota validation, plan setup, calculations, payouts
  • Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies through detailed data analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Payroll, and HR

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in sales compensation or commission administration
  • Strong data analysis skills with large and complex datasets
  • Experience populating and supporting accurate commission payments

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales compensation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Xactly, CaptivateIQ)
  • Familiarity with quota management processes
