🎯 What You'll Do

• Developing new business across the UK Engineering or Energy market
• Building and managing your own client portfolio
• Headhunting and engaging specialist candidates in technical markets
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement

📋 Requirements

• At least 12 months recruitment experience in a 360 or sales-focused role
• Confidence in business development and client engagement
• Consultative, relationship-led approach to recruitment
• Commercially driven and motivated by performance
