💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary liaison for aerospace and defense customers, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and proactive post-sales support. You'll collaborate with engineering and production teams to define requirements and drive on-time delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary customer liaison for assigned aerospace/defense accounts
• Manage RFQs, order status, and fulfillment from quote through delivery
• Coordinate production schedules and communicate lead times to customers
• Identify account growth opportunities and resolve quality/technical issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing role (Account Management, Sales, Customer Success)
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industries
• Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
