💼 About This Role

You'll join the corporate finance team in Chicago, supporting month-end close activities and fixed asset accounting. You'll ensure accuracy in financial reporting while identifying and resolving discrepancies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and supporting documentation
• Prepare and maintain fixed asset accounting records
• Calculate monthly depreciation and reconcile fixed asset subledger
• Generate CapEx reporting and analyze completed/project costs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2 years of accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Experience with financial accounting systems (Intacct helpful)
