Description

You will lead the creation of a new AI product from concept to market, defining its vision and strategy. You'll partner with ML engineers, designers, and product engineers, diving deep technically by reading code, writing SQL, and stress-testing model outputs. This greenfield opportunity involves leveraging CDP capabilities to unify merchant data and power intelligent messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years owning AI/ML-powered products hands-on
• Strong technical foundation comfortable in code reviews, data model discussions, and system design
• Direct hands-on experience with CDP architecture including event streaming, identity graphs, and segmentation pipelines
• Fluency with ecommerce data models such as purchase history, LTV, and RFM segmentation
• Direct experience taking a product from zero-to-one

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for a new AI product from discovery through launch and iteration
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap grounded in customer understanding, AI/ML feasibility, and CDP architecture
• Architect and drive CDP strategy including identity resolution, event ingestion, profile unification, segmentation, and activation
• Partner with MLE and prompt engineering to evaluate model capabilities, define evaluation harnesses, and co-design human-in-the-loop experiences
• Design and run rapid experiments to validate hypotheses and define success metrics
