You will drive holistic process optimization across the People team, leveraging AI and automation to streamline employee experiences. Your work spans the full process lifecycle, using Lean methodologies and data-driven decisions to deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

• 5+ years in process optimization or business process reengineering
• Deep expertise in DMAIC and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Proven ability to apply ROI analysis to project prioritization
• Strong technical fluency with AI and automation for enterprise processes
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven delivery

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean Six Sigma frameworks to manage PPO portfolio and lead major optimization initiatives
• Drive discovery and root cause analysis using DMAIC methodology
• Lead Service Catalog development to standardize People team offerings
• Leverage AI and automation to eliminate manual toil and process bottlenecks
• Lead user acceptance testing to ensure technical implementations deliver intended ROI
