💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical accounting and financial reporting for a growing AI company preparing for its first external audit and entry into public markets. You'll work closely with the Chief Accounting Officer to ensure GAAP compliance and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for audit and S-1 preparation
• Lead GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures
• Oversee external audit process and manage relationships
• Establish workflows, controls, and reporting standards

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA with Big 4 or national firm background
• 8+ years progressive technical accounting or financial reporting experience
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles
• Experience preparing GAAP financial statements from scratch
