You'll be the technical leader of the collection tower, defining architecture and engineering standards for a full-stack (backend-focused) tribe. Your core impact is guiding critical credit recovery systems at a pioneering digital bank. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and mentor development teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and document backend architecture and microservices.
• Establish technical standards and coding best practices.
• Conduct strategic code reviews for architectural adherence.
• Develop critical high-complexity components.
• Mentor developers in backend and distributed architecture.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years backend development experience (Java/Spring, Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Proven experience as Tech Lead or Software Architect.
• Advanced knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and DevOps/CI-CD.

✨ Nice to Have

• Domain Driven Design and architectural patterns (CQRS, Event Sourcing).
• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven architectures.
• Banking/fintech experience, especially collections or payment systems.
