You'll act as a strategic partner to communications, product, and policy leads, orchestrating a shared narrative about Mozilla's work. This role sits at the intersection of journalism, media, and technology, requiring strong editorial judgment to translate complex ideas into compelling stories.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead Mozilla's global editorial strategy across digital channels
• Curate and commission content from across the Mozilla ecosystem
• Oversee the redesign and evolution of Mozilla.org as a storytelling platform
• Build and manage an editorial calendar aligned with key moments

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of editorial or content strategy experience
• Proven track record leading cross-platform storytelling at scale
• Experience in matrix management across multiple teams
• Strong ability to translate complex technical topics into clear narratives
