You'll own Console's full-funnel growth engine, building and scaling campaigns across awareness, acquisition, and pipeline. You'll drive rapid experimentation and measurable pipeline for an AI platform backed by Thrive Capital. You'll collaborate directly with founders, shaping how Console grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-funnel growth campaigns across awareness, demand gen, and pipeline.
• Run rapid experiments with new channels, messaging, and creative.
• Analyze funnel performance and make data-backed recommendations.
• Drive high-quality leads and opportunities across paid and non-paid channels.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to design and ship full-funnel campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical rigor: comfortable with funnel data and fast decision-making.
• Experience with attribution and experimentation frameworks (GA4, GTM, SQL a plus).
