You'll lead strategic finance and accounting operations for a remote-first company serving mission-driven organizations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10-15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Experience in both controllership and FP&A roles
• Knowledge of GAAP compliance and financial reporting

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or MBA preferred
• Experience in professional services or high-growth environments
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or BI tools
