You will design and animate motion assets for brand, marketing, and live experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life, and help shape the creative culture at Ripple.

Requirements

• 4+ years of motion design experience with brand or campaign focus
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift, Creative Suite, Figma and Lottie
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution
• Portfolio demonstrating motion design work

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion assets from concept to completion across brand, marketing, and live experiences
• Contribute to and maintain motion libraries and documentation
• Simplify abstract concepts through thoughtful motion
• Navigate concurrent projects through effective communication and prioritization
• Exchange honest, respectful feedback with teammates
