You'll own and grow a portfolio of solar software customers across Europe, driving retention, adoption, and expansion. Your core impact is ensuring customers see real returns on their investment in Aurora's platform while collaborating across teams like Product and Sales. This role stands out for its strategic focus on multi-market European accounts and renewal negotiations.

  • Drive retention, adoption, and expansion across Aurora and HelioScope
  • Lead renewals and commercial negotiations including amendments
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with customer stakeholders
  • Build pipeline through upsell and cross-sell opportunities

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in account management or customer success within SaaS
  • Proven track record of growing customer portfolio through renewals
  • Strong commercial acumen including contract negotiation experience
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with executive stakeholders

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in solar or clean energy tech
  • Familiarity with solar design platforms like Aurora or HelioScope
  • German or French language proficiency
