📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in trades, facilities, or residential maintenance
• HVAC, EPA or NAPE certification
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical trades, and appliance repair
• Ability to exert 25-50 lbs frequently and work in varying weather conditions

• Supervisory experience
