You'll join n8n's Support Engineering team to provide best-in-class support to our community and enterprise customers across EMEA. You'll handle tickets, debug issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical and billing queries. This role offers ownership of customer impact and growth in a fast-paced SaaS startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Support community and enterprise customers through tickets
  • Handle administrative and billing-related queries

📋 Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of support engineering experience
  • Basic knowledge of Javascript and networking concepts
  • Familiarity with web development tools and debugging tools
  • Experience handling administrative and billing queries
