Description

As a QA Team Lead, you will define and maintain quality standards, lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, and create test strategies for large-scale digital projects. You'll report to VP and C-level executives, collaborating closely with project management and quality engineering specialists.

Requirements

• B.Tech in Computer Science or related degree
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years defining test strategies for large-scale digital projects
• Deep understanding of manual and automated testing processes and tools
• Experience creating test strategies covering frontend, backend, end-to-end, performance, load, and accessibility testing
• Excellent mentor, leadership, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate quality assurance tools, technologies, and frameworks with technology leadership
• Define and maintain quality assurance policies, processes, and procedures
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of QA Engineers
• Create test strategies for large and complex digital projects
• Document issues in bug tracking software
