You'll drive new business growth within the payments and fintech ecosystem, converting high-quality sales pipelines from discovery to contract signature. You'll manage multiple concurrent opportunities across outbound, partnerships, and marketing channels in a fast-moving technical environment. This role offers high impact and ownership, directly influencing revenue growth and go-to-market success.

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract closure.
  • Manage and progress a portfolio of opportunities with accurate forecasting.
  • Maintain structured CRM discipline in Salesforce.

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within fintech/payments/SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing, or BaaS/CaaS models.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers including C-level.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Banking-as-a-Service or Card-as-a-Service models.
  • Familiarity with technical solution selling to engineering teams.
  • Existing network in European fintech or payments industry.
