- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract closure.
- Manage and progress a portfolio of opportunities with accurate forecasting.
- Maintain structured CRM discipline in Salesforce.
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within fintech/payments/SaaS.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing, or BaaS/CaaS models.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers including C-level.
