You'll own the strategy, performance, and evolution of enterprise Workday Financials and PSA platforms within a fast-scaling, publicly traded organization. You'll lead a systems team enabling core financial operations and M&A integrations. This role combines deep functional expertise with strong leadership across technology and finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale the Workday Financials and PSA systems team
• Own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Workday Financials and PSA
• Partner with Finance leadership on close, reporting, and planning
• Oversee systems integration and data onboarding for M&A
• Ensure SOX compliance across Workday-related controls

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years leading enterprise financial systems
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity
• Deep expertise in Workday Financials and/or PSA platforms
• Experience in publicly traded environment with SOX compliance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or Snowflake
• Background in highly acquisitive organizations
• Hands-on technical leadership
