You'll design and optimize HR service delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform, building scalable workflows and automations. Your work will directly enhance employee experiences and operational efficiency across a global enterprise. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to integrate third-party HR systems and leverage cutting-edge ServiceNow features.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and configure ServiceNow applications using Business Rules and Client Scripts.
• Develop HR Service Delivery modules including Case Management and Lifecycle Events.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub.
• Integrate third-party HR systems via REST/SOAP APIs and secure methods.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of ServiceNow development experience in HRSD environments.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and scoped apps.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience integrating third-party systems via APIs and IntegrationHub.

✨ Nice to Have

• ITIL or CIS-ITSM certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, ITSM, or AI modules.
• AngularJS and Service Portal development.
