You will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, partner with hiring managers globally, drive process improvements, and shape hiring strategies to support company growth across Israel, the US, and Australia.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience
• Proven experience managing complex hiring processes independently
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior stakeholders
• Data-driven approach with reports and KPIs
• Excellent sourcing abilities and fluent English
